What is included in the Moxie Kids Craft Box?

Your craft box includes absolutely everything you need to complete 4 awesome crafts. Each box is designed around an exciting theme and comes with full-colour step-by-step instructions. All you may need to add is water.

What age is Moxie Kids Craft Box suitable for?

We have designed the crafts for children aged 3 to 9.

I have two children between 3 and 9. Will they be able to share the box?

We have the option to “Add a Sibling” to your craft box. This costs only R100 per box and ensures that there are enough supplies in the box for two children to share happily. (For example, each child might receive his/her own canvas and paintbrush, but will share a paint set). Alternatively, you can purchase a subscription / once-off box for each of your children.

Can I purchase a subscription or a once-off box as a gift?

Yes absolutely! Moxie Kids Craft Box makes an excellent gift! Once completing your purchase online, pop us an email on hello@moxiekids.co.za and we’ll send through a personalised gift certificate that you can print and put inside the birthday card.

Will my child be able to do the crafts on their own?

All our craft boxes come with full-colour step-by-step instructions that are easy for anyone to follow. Younger kids will need help from a parent, nanny or grandma, but older children who can read and easily follow instructions may be able to complete the crafts alone. We recommend exploring your Moxie Kids Craft Box together! – it’s a wonderful opportunity to spend quality time with each other and make special memories.

When will I receive my box?

Existing subscribers: Subscription boxes are shipped in the first week of every second month.
New subscribers: Your first box will be shipped in 1-3 working days. Thereafter your box will be shipped in the first week of every second month.
Purchases from the One Box Shop are sent out as soon as payment has cleared. Delivery usually takes 1-3 business days. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your box is on its way.

Where do you deliver to?

All our craft boxes include free delivery within South Africa.

Do you deliver outside of South Africa?

We don’t offer international delivery at this stage.

How do I update my delivery address?

You can log into your account on www.moxiekids.co.za and update your delivery address there. Alternatively, send us an email (hello@moxiekids.co.za) and we’ll update the address for you. Make sure to do this by the 25th of the month to avoid your box going to the incorrect address.

What happens at the end of a prepaid subscription?

Your subscription will simply come to an end. Please log in to your account on www.moxiekids.co.za and purchase another upfront subscription (or sign up for a bi-monthly subscription) to ensure that the creative fun never ends!

How do I pay for a bi-monthly subscription?

Your credit card will automatically be charged the subscription fee every second month. Your first subscription payment will go off immediately upon purchase. Subsequent payments will go off on the 25th day of every second month.

Do you accept returns and refunds?

We do not accept returns or refunds. If your craft box has an inherent defect, please email us on hello@moxiekids.co.za and include a picture so that we can sort it out for you or replace the box if necessary.

How do I cancel my bi-monthly subscription?

Cancel your subscription anytime by emailing hello@moxiekids.co.za.
Cancel by the 20th of the month to avoid the payment going off on the 25th. A subscription cannot be cancelled once payment has been processed. If the payment has already gone off, you will receive the next month’s box as your final box.

What are the payment options?

You can pay via credit card, debit card or Instant EFT through our online shop. All payments are secured through PayFast.
